About Huihui

Kāʻanapali Beach Hotel's new beachfront restaurant pays homage to the longstanding tradition of Hawaiian wayfinding. 

Meaning “star constellation” or “to join, intermingle, mix,” Huihui's menu is a blend of local flavors and features signature items with Hawaiian inspired cooking methods or ingredients. We integrate the three definitions into our commitment to Community, Culture and Cuisine.

Born and raised in Hawaiʻi, Tom Muromoto, executive chef at Kāʻanapali Beach Hotel, takes cues from the Islands' unparalleled ethnic diversity and his professional surfing days and combines them with the hotel's dedication to Hawaiian culture to create a style of Hawaiʻi Regional Cuisine that is truly his own.
